SVRV GRILLED SALMON

SALMON FILET (skin on)
THIN LAYER MAYO
SPRINKLE WITH FRESH ORANGE ZEST
SPRINKLE LIGHTLY WITH BROWN SUGAR

Place on hot grill skin side down
Cook with indirect heat for 10 to 20 min. (depending on thickness of fish) - do not turn!
Carefully slide spatula between flesh and skin
Serve immediately
