POOR MAN'S LOBSTER (HALIBUT)

2 QUARTS WATER
½ C SUGAR
¼ C SALT
HALIBUT CHUNKS (1 to 2 IN. SQUARES)

Add sugar and salt to water, bring to a boil.
Drop in halibut. When it floats, it's done.
Serve with drawn lemon/garlic butter.
