1 lb softened butter
4 Tbl. Garlic
3 oz. Chablis
3 oz. Red wine vinegar
1 oz. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbl. Accent
1 Tbl. Dry Mustard
1 tsp. white pepper
1 Tbl. Fresh basil
1 Tbl. Fresh parsley

Add wet ingredients to softened butter a little at a time. Add garlic, herbs and spices. Roll into logs covered in plastic wrap and freeze. This is amazing on almost anything including a pat on top of a barbecued steak.
