BEVERLY'S CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE

2 lbs hash brown potatoes (frozen cubes)
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 C grated cheddar cheese

Mix all together-top w/potato chips or bread crumbs
Drizzle with ½ c melted butter
Bake uncovered @ 350 1 hr. or until browned
